COURSE DESCRIPTION
BE Phonics is a phonics programme that gives children 2 skills: Phonics Reading Skill and Phonics Spelling Skill.
With these 2 skills, children are empowered to read and spell independently. Don't teach through memory how to read the word 'CAT', but teach children the reading skill that they can use to decode not just CAT, but many many other words too.
MATERIALS
BE Phonics uses Jolly Phonics as its core curriculum and supplements it with Babington's unique teaching methodology and materials.
CERTIFIED TEACHERS
All our teachers are carefully trained and certified by Jolly Learning, the mother company of Jolly Phonics, which is based in England.
CLEAR RESULTS
Our milestones appear on average every 3 months, this means you will see clear results consistently every 3 months.
CERTIFICATE
Children will be awarded a certificate after completing and satisfying the learning objective requirements of each level.
COURSE STRUCTURE
There are 4 stages in the programme from Stage 0 - 3.
Stage 0 - Beginners' Level for 3 year olds
Children focus on learning sounds and start using the phonics reading and spelling skill.
Stage 1 - Levels 1-3 for 4 years and up
Children focus on learning sounds and start using the phonics reading and spelling skill to read sentences and spell words independently at the end of the stage.
Stage 2 - Red 1 & 2, Yellow Level for 5 years and up
Children start to write sentences for the first time and by the end of the level, children are able to read and write unseen sentences independently.
Stage 3 - Green, Blue for for 6 years and up
By the end of this level, children are able to read fluently and confidently and they will be constructing their own independent creative writing filled with fascinating vocabularies.
