We're happy to announce that we have a new HQ, officially called BEHQ. With BEHQ, we can increase our team to bring more value for our students and parents. BEHQ will be in operation by the end of April.
Our objective is to improve our curriculum and to improve teachers' training. For curriculum, we will be rewriting our entire English Ladder Step 1-3 (kindergarten) curriculum. We will be adding illustrators, animators graphics designers and editors to our team to produce an even stronger curriculum.
For teacher training, Babington is already an industry leader with a standard 12 weeks Babington teacher training programme plus annual retraining and annual performance reviews. However, we will be adding more people to our teacher training department to ensure that all Babington teachers meet the high teaching and learning standards that we are known for.
