1. It is snowing! Finn is excited.
‘I want to build a snow dinosaur!’ he says.
‘Okay, but you must wear your hat and scarf,’ says Mum.

2. Finn goes outside. He works hard and builds a dinosaur. It takes him two
hours.
‘Look, Mum! My dinosaur is finished! It’s called Cloudy,’ he says.
‘Well done!’ replies Mum. ‘But it’s cold and dark now. It’s time to come
inside.’
‘No! I want to build a friend for Cloudy!’
‘It’s too late! You must come inside! I’ll make cocoa.’
‘I’ll be back tomorrow!’ he says to Cloudy. ‘Stay safe. You mustn’t go
anywhere or have any hot drinks.’

3. Finn calls his friends to tell them about Cloudy. He asks them to help
build Cloudy’s friend. That night, Finn dreams about playing in the snow
with his friends.
The next morning, the sun is shining.
‘What a gorgeous day!’ says Mum.
‘Oh no!’ says Finn. He rushes outside to
find Cloudy but can’t see him anywhere.
