As the centre manager, you will be responsible for the entire business of the branch you manage. You have absolute power, control and authority. But with absolute power comes great responsibility! You will be responsible for driving the business forward, growing and nurturing YOUR team and proving to the world just how dangerously good we are at teaching children English.

The 4 Key Roles:

Leadership

You will use the power of leadership to nurture your team to optimal performance, to instil a sense of excellence in all your staff and to develop dangerously good teachers! You will be using your skills and ability to motivate and inspire your staff to be the best they can.​

Management

You will manage your staff through weekly meetings via our ​systematic management system ensuring all workflows and tasks are completed and to ensure that all students are accounted for in terms of learning objectives. You will also manage the financial status of your branch by conducting the weekly administrative meeting. Your consistent management of the company ensures that all workflows, processes and vital tasks are completed which ultimately ensures that your branch is running smoothly, efficiently and effectively. 

Sales

With your admin side kick, you will be the main contact on sales. Through teamwork, you will grow the revenue of the business through sales. 

Customer Service 

You will ensure that your branch provides top class customer service to your parents to build up parents trust and confidence in our brand.

Job Description:

  • 5 Day work week (day off will be on Sunday plus one other day in the weekday)

  • 14 Days annual leave

  • Working time: 09:30 - 18:30

  • Manage and operate the business with total freedom

  • Help us be the BEST English learning centre in Hong Kong

  • Develop and nurture "dangerously good teachers"

  • Lead, grow, nurture & train your team

  • Inspire and motivate your people to be the best they can be

  • Manage your people through regular systematic meetings

  • Manage the finances of the company

  • Grow the revenue of your branch through sales

  • Report to the director

 

Requirements:

  • Love kids

  • Exceptional customer services skills

  • Experience in education an advantage

  • Excellent English skills

  • Good Putonghua skills

  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Comfortable with the use of computers

  • Positive inspiring person

  • Ability to work SMART

  • Ability to "Get Things DONE"

  • Someone who is not afraid to ask for help
