Definitions

• Babington Education Organisation Ltd (herein, “BE”): Refers to the company operating English learning centres in Hong Kong branded as Babington Education.

• Rugbytots Hong Kong Ltd (“RT”): Refers to the independent company offering rugby play classes for children in Hong Kong.

Joint Promotion Policy: Rugbytots & Rugbystars Trial Classes

1. Any BE enrolment on or before 31 October 2025 will be eligible for two complimentary RT trial classes, applicable for children aged 2 to 7 years old.

2. The offer is valid during the period from 19 September 2025 until 31 October 2025.

3. The offer applies to all BE students, both new and existing, provided the student is able to present a BE receipt between 19 September 2025 and 31 October 2025.

4. RT trial classes must be booked and attended on or before 31 October 2025.

5. All participating students must agree to BE’s General Policy, Privacy & Data Protection Policy, and Student Dismissal Policy upon enrolment.

6. Rugby Tots Hong Kong is an independent entity and is not affiliated with BE.

7. This is a joint promotion between RT and BE.

8. Booking of the RT complimentary trial classes is subject to RT’s acceptance, and all bookings are to be made directly with RT.

9. In the event of any disputes or claims arising out of incidents, including but not limited to injuries, accidents, or loss/damage to property during an RT class, the customer indemnifies BE and BE shall bear no liability whatsoever.

10. All enquiries regarding RT must be directed to RT.

11. Participation in RT lessons is subject to acceptance of RT’s terms, conditions and policies.

12. In the event of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of this policy, the English version shall prevail.

13. This offer is subject to amendment or termination at any time without prior notice.

14. In the case of any dispute, BE reserves the right to the final decision.

15. If there are any discrepancies between the English and Chinese version, then the English version shall prevail.
